About Martin Glynn

Martin Glynn has spent a vast amount of time working with Education and Arts establishments, in North America, The Caribbean, Europe, and extensively in the UK, developing literature initiatives, producing and directing performances, as well as the setting up of residencies.

As an established Arts Development Consultant he has worked alongside many arts agencies in the UK and abroad, and assisted in the formulation and implementation of policy initiatives, ranging from youth theatre to writers schemes.

As a workshop facilitator with many years experience, Martin has a strong reputation for delivering his work in areas such as social and youth work, prisons, special needs, training, libraries, and education.

As a writer, he has gained a National and International reputation for his commissioned work in Theatre, radio drama, live performance, and poetry, as well as pursuing an active career as a screenplay writer.

As the founder and Director of C.R.O.P. (uk) (Centre for Rites of Passage Research), Martin works alongside agencies and organisations, developing programmes centering on Arts based Rites of Passage programmes.
